SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All in stock orders are normally shipped within 1-2 days from the time you place your order. Expedited orders are normally shipped within 1 day from the time you place your order. Business hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm EST. We do NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, nor do our Shippers deliver orders on those days. Please do not expect orders to be shipping immediately upon you placing the order.

Ground shipping in the US will take 3-6 working days to reach you once your order is dispatched, depending on where you are located in the US.

Some items will not be available for immediate shipment, it may not be in stock or may be on back order. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us. We will contact you immediately if an order is going to take longer than 5 days to ship.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address 1 period before the item is shipped by contacting us.
CAN I BE REFUNDED?
If you are returning items for a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. You will need a Return Authorization Code, please email us at pearsonsrenaissanceshoppe@gmail.com for your RA code.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

ABOUT PRODUCTS

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
